Progress Productions – PROLP024 (2023)
The long awaited new album from Swedish dark wave/goth/electro sensation ABU NEIN who took the world by storm with the release of their debut album "Secular Psalms" (Young & Cold / Progress Productions) and the limited edition split 7” with Henric de la Cour.
Quickly becoming on of the most talked about bands in the scene, with shows all over the north to follow. On "II" the band continues to dive even further into the dark. Gloomy melodies all wrapped up with Erica Li Lundqvists’ fantastic vocals. Imagine a mix of She Past Away with Linea Aspera and you wont be to far away from the result. The perfect soundtrack to a dark autumn.
The new album also includes a track feat. AUX ANIMAUX – amazing “Hauntwave” artist from
Stockholm/Sweden, with a soft spot for horror, mixing dark synth tunes with dystopic sounds and haunting vocals and theremin. With ‘II’ Abu Nein is for sure ready to take the next big step in their career!
