SHOSTA (Bamberg, Germany) was born in a dark room during the early stages of the 2020 pandemic.
Characterized by driving sequencer basslines, floating guitar sounds, synthesizer melodies, deep vocals and a touch of 80s aesthetics, SHOSTA moves somewhere between the influences of DAF and Depeche Mode.
The origin of this musical journey is manifested in his debut EP "WACHSEN", which saw the light of the world in April 2021. The following May of 2022 SHOSTA revealed his first full album "HÖLLE DER VÖGEL". With Moritz Fris and Nicolas Frank, SHOSTA has now drawn two like-minded people to his side, whose musical contributions add further nuances to his artistic odyssey.
After the release of the independent singles "TANZ" in August 2023 and "OXYTOCIN" in December of the same year, the three proceed cautiously. A quiet promise on a transformational musical journey for black-scene and dark pop lovers.
